Pearl
Director, Corporate Services
In 2020, she co-founded TheAP, and brought to the fore her more than 20 years of experience in management & regulatory reporting, audit, restructuring & forensic accounting, and M&A transactions.
Her career began in audit, spending almost a decade at Ernst & Young, PwC and a listed Property Group where she covered both local and multinational corporations. She leveraged those experiences to take on forensic accounting, restructuring and corporate advisory at an Corporate Advisory firm. She took on increasing leadership responsibilities, first as Group Financial Controller, then as CFO of both listed and unlisted Singapore corporations.
Pearl is a Certified Public Accountant (Australia), Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore) and a Certified Practising Management Consultant (Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
She is currently serving as an Audit & Risk Sub-committee member at the Singapore Golf Association and Treasurer at the Padel Association Singapore.
Min Ming
Director, Corporate Secretarial & Human Resources
Min Ming has more than 20 years of experience in operations, human resource and finance roles, in the banking, retail and education industries.
She takes a hands-on approach in helping business owners achieve efficiencies through her prompt work in corporate secretarial, human resources, and bookkeeping functions.
Min Ming majored in Business Mathematics & Statistics at the London School of Economics and graduated with First-Class Honours.
Vanessa Loke-Lewis
Associate Director, Accounting & Corporate Services
Vanessa Loke-Lewis has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance and reporting. During her career, her key highlights included achieving 90% in tax savings, and leading mergers and acquisitions on behalf of SMEs with up to S$5 million in turnover. Being from corporate finance for MNCs such as Estée Lauder, Unilever and most recently Equinix Asia Pacific (Data Center), she has experience being in the business development team for emerging markets such as Philippines, Vietnam & Indonesia, and leading market analysis for projections and forecasting. In addition, with more recent projects with Equinix & several SMEs, Vanessa has been on the buyer side, assisting with due diligence and risk management, on behalf of companies’ & SMEs’ expansion into the Asia Pacific region of China and Australia.
Vanessa is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Melissa
Business development and advisory
Melissa has more than 10 years of experience in financial advisory. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs in their start-ups and has successfully set up client’s businesses in F&B, luxury and brand management industries.
Melissa is a certified Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) majoring in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.
